Choose Coding Plan for ongoing development, or pay as you go for occasional use. Plans are charged in wallet credits every 30 days. Renewals extend the paid term; upgrades credit unused time and start a new cycle. Direct downgrades are not currently supported.
The API channel requires at least ¥1 in lifetime top-ups to access free models. Coding users should use /coding and follow their plan’s model permissions. Daily quotas count input, output and cache-write tokens across both channels and reset at 04:00 Beijing time (UTC+8). Exhausted quotas return 429; account and key limits also apply.

本服务为你提供大语言模型的 API 接入，包括按量计费（钱包余额）与订阅制（Coding 套餐）两种计费方式。我们会持续改进服务，并可能适时调整功能、模型范围与套餐权益，调整前将通过站内公告提示。
1. 你应提供真实、准确的注册信息，并妥善保管账号凭据（密码、API Key、登录会话）。通过你的账号发生的一切行为由你承担责任。
2. 账号仅限本人使用，不得出售、出租、共享或以任何形式转让给第三方。
3. 如发现账号被盗用或存在安全漏洞，请立即通过支持与反馈渠道通知我们。
1. 购买、续费、升级套餐均从钱包余额扣款。续费在当前已付有效期结束后追加一个周期；升级按当前周期剩余时间与已预付周期折算折抵，已用额度按剩余时间比例结转至新套餐。
2. 套餐额度包含周期额度及 5 小时 / 每周窗口限额；额度用尽后可选择从钱包余额继续按量扣费（可在控制台关闭）。
3. 充值余额与已购套餐属于虚拟服务，一经购买不支持退款或提现，法律法规另有规定的除外。
免费模型设有每用户每日额度。我们可能根据运营成本调整免费模型的范围、额度与可用性，并通过站内公告提示。
你承诺不利用本服务从事以下行为：
1. 将账号或套餐额度共享给第三方使用，或以任何形式转售本服务；
2. 使用脚本等手段滥用免费模型，干扰服务正常运行；
3. 生成、传播违反法律法规的内容，或侵犯他人知识产权、个人信息权益的内容；
4. 其他违反法律法规、本条款或社会公序良俗的行为。
违反上述规范的，我们有权视情节采取警告、限制功能、暂停或终止账号等措施，且已付费用不予退还。
本服务的软件、界面、商标与文档的知识产权归我们所有。你通过本服务生成的内容，其权利归属按适用法律处理；你应自行确保输入内容不侵犯第三方权益。
1. 本服务按"现状"提供。模型输出由人工智能生成，可能存在错误或不准确，请你自行核实后使用，我们不对此类输出的准确性、完整性承担责任。
2. 因不可抗力、网络故障、上游模型服务商调整或维护需要导致的服务中断或变更，我们不承担责任，但会尽力提前通知并及时恢复。
本条款适用中华人民共和国法律。因本条款产生的争议，双方应友好协商解决；协商不成的，任何一方可向本服务运营方所在地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。
我们可能适时修订本条款，重大变更将通过站内公告提示。变更后你继续使用本服务，即视为接受修订后的条款。

我们不会向任何第三方出售你的个人信息。仅在下列必要情形下对外提供：
1. 上游模型服务商：为完成你发起的推理请求，我们会向相应的模型提供商传输该次请求的对话内容，其中不包含你的账号、密码等直接身份信息；
2. 支付与登录服务方：充值时与支付渠道交互必要的订单信息；使用第三方账号登录时与对应平台完成授权流程；
3. 根据法律法规、司法机关或行政机关的强制性要求。
你的个人信息存储于本服务运行的服务器中，我们不向境外提供你的个人信息。我们采取加密存储、访问控制、最小授权等措施保护数据安全。账号存续期间我们持续保存相关信息；你注销账号后，我们将在合理期限内删除或匿名化你的个人信息，法律法规另有规定的除外。
我们在你的浏览器中使用 localStorage 保存登录凭证、界面偏好与语言设置，用于维持登录状态和记住你的设置。你可以通过清除浏览器数据随时移除它们。
依据《个人信息保护法》，你有权查阅、复制、更正你的个人信息，有权删除你的个人信息、注销账号，也有权撤回同意。请通过 [email protected] 或控制台内「反馈」功能向我们提出请求，我们将在十五个工作日内响应。
本服务不面向未满十四周岁的未成年人。若你为未满十四周岁的未成年人，请在监护人陪同与同意下使用本服务。

Last updated: August 28, 2026. Welcome to the RainFlow TB Open Platform (“we”, “us”). By using our large-model API services (the web console and API endpoints, collectively the “Service”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Service provides API access to large language models under two billing modes: pay-as-you-go (wallet balance) and subscription (Coding Plans). We continuously improve the Service and may adjust features, model availability and plan benefits from time to time; material changes will be announced on the site.
1. You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials (password, API keys, sessions) secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
2. Accounts are for personal use only and must not be sold, rented, shared or transferred to any third party.
3. If you suspect unauthorized access or a security issue, notify us immediately via the support channel.
1. Plan purchases, renewals and upgrades are charged from your wallet balance. Renewals append a new cycle after your current paid period; upgrades are prorated against the remaining time of the current cycle, and used quota is carried over to the new plan in proportion to the remaining time.
2. Plan quota includes the cycle quota plus 5-hour and weekly window limits. After the quota is exhausted you may choose to keep billing from your wallet balance (can be disabled in the console).
3. Top-up balance and purchased plans are virtual services. Once purchased, they are non-refundable and non-withdrawable, except where required by law.
Free models carry a per-user daily quota. We may adjust the scope, quota and availability of free models based on operating costs, with notice on the site.
You agree not to use the Service to:
1. Share your account or plan quota with third parties, or resell the Service in any form;
2. Abuse free models with scripts or similar means, or otherwise disrupt the Service;
3. Generate or distribute content that violates applicable laws, or infringes others’ intellectual property or personal information rights;
4. Engage in any other conduct that violates laws, these Terms or public order and morals.
Violations may result in warnings, feature restrictions, suspension or termination of your account, without refund of fees already paid.
The software, interface, trademarks and documentation of the Service are owned by us. Rights in content generated through the Service are governed by applicable law; you are responsible for ensuring your inputs do not infringe third-party rights.
1. The Service is provided “as is”. Model output is generated by AI and may be incorrect or incomplete; verify it before use. We are not liable for the accuracy or completeness of such output.
2. We are not liable for interruptions or changes caused by force majeure, network failures, upstream model provider adjustments or maintenance, but will endeavor to notify you in advance and restore service promptly.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes arising from these Terms should be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, either party may bring the dispute to the competent people’s court at the location of the Service operator.
We may revise these Terms from time to time; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

This policy is issued by the RainFlow TB Open Platform (“we”, “us”) in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Cybersecurity Law and the Data Security Law. It explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information when you use the Service (web console and API endpoints), and the rights you are entitled to by law.
Following the principle of minimum necessity, we collect only what is required to provide the Service:
1. Account information: username, display name and password you provide at registration (stored only in irreversibly hashed form); when you sign in with a third-party account, we receive the user identifier and nickname returned by that platform.
2. Usage data: API call records (model used, token usage, fees, request time, IP address, User-Agent).
3. Transaction information: top-ups, plan purchases, order records and wallet transactions.
4. Content you submit: feedback you provide, and prompts and conversation content you send through the API.
1. To provide, maintain and improve the Service (authentication, billing and settlement, usage statistics);
2. For security and abuse prevention: detecting misuse and account theft to protect the Service and your account;
3. To comply with legal obligations, and to contact you when necessary (service notices, plan expiry reminders, announcements).
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary:
1. Upstream model providers: to fulfill the inference requests you initiate, we transmit the conversation content of that request to the relevant model provider, which does not include your direct identifiers such as account or password;
2. Payment and sign-in providers: the order information necessary to interact with the payment channel when topping up; the authorization flow with the corresponding platform when you sign in with a third-party account;
3. Disclosures required by laws, judicial authorities or administrative agencies.
Your personal information is stored on the servers that run the Service; we do not provide it to parties outside mainland China. We protect it with encrypted storage, access controls and least-privilege authorization. We retain the information for as long as your account exists; after account deletion, we will delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period, except where the law requires otherwise.
We use localStorage in your browser to store login credentials, interface preferences and language settings, in order to keep you signed in and remember your settings. You can remove them at any time by clearing your browser data.
Under the Personal Information Protection Law, you have the right to access, copy and correct your personal information, to delete it and deactivate your account, and to withdraw consent. Send requests to [email protected] or via the in-console “Feedback” feature; we will respond within fifteen business days.
The Service is not directed to children under the age of fourteen. If you are under fourteen, please use the Service only with the accompaniment and consent of a guardian.
We may revise this policy from time to time; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
